Points can contribute towards challenges. These can be for company-wide challenges, or even your own personal challenge of 20 points per day (or more if you wish)!

The chart on the home screen displays your daily points challenge – the aim is to get a perfect week where you hit over 20 points each day. If you want to change your daily points goal, you can do this via the = menu in the app.

Steps: 2pts for every 1000 steps

Running: 5pts for every 1000m (min 4km/hr)

Cycling: 1pt for every 1000m (min 4km/hr)

Swimming: 5pts for every 100m

Other GPS: 1pt for every 1000m (min 4km/hr)
