Sometimes your activity history or challenges may not be displayed correctly.
This may be to a temporary loss of Wi-Fi connectivity.
To refresh your exercise data, please try all of the following steps:
1. Hit sync on the home screen.
2. Swipe the app away to close it from your phone. Then re-open and sync again.
3. Logout and log back in to the app and then try to sync.
If you are using a wearable, please make sure that this is sync’d with its relevant app before trying to sync Fuell i.e. Garmin Device – sync to Garmin Connect – then hit sync in Fuell.
